Anders Zorn, February 18, 1860–August 22, 1920, was a Swedish painter, etcher and sculptor. Born in Mora, he studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Stockholm from 1875 to 1881. In London, Axel Herman Haig introduced him to etching in 1882.

Zorn worked in watercolor, oil and printmaking, depicting portraits, bathers, landscapes and rural life. He lived in Paris from 1888 to 1896 and associated with Auguste Rodin, James McNeill Whistler, Albert Besnard and Frits Thaulow. He returned to Mora in 1896 and continued to travel for exhibitions and portrait commissions, including visits to the United States.

His work is held by the Zorn Collections in Mora, Nationalmuseum in Stockholm, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston, the Cleveland Museum of Art and the Minneapolis Institute of Art.
